1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ase365 (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") and the individual using the website or mobile service (hereinafter "the User" or "you"). 5.2 General Bonus Terms

5.3 VIP Program

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ase365 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and winnings and close the account if a user places bets using improper methods to obtain a bonus (such as low-risk betting patterns or opposing bets), claims bonuses from multiple accounts, or uses any other unfair strategy.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn. In the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or event cancellation, ase365 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the original deposit. ase365 may adjust odds at any time if a correction is needed after publication.

6.2 Gaming Results

All game results are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG) and are confirmed through an independent audit process. Any complaints about game results must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, power outage, or any other reason, the result will be determined based on the last saved state in the system. In such cases, ase365's decision is final.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

8.1 Account Closure by ase365
